Abstract

Penelitian ini mengevaluasi pengaruh desain interior terhadap kinerja logistik di pusat distribusi e-commerce melalui metode eksperimen dan analisis data operasional. Eksperimen melibatkan penerapan variasi desain interior di pusat distribusi e-commerce, dengan variabel kontrol dan dependen yang telah ditentukan. Data kinerja logistik dikumpulkan melalui observasi, sensor, dan sistem manajemen gudang. Analisis data mencakup uji statistik (ANOVA, regresi), perhitungan KPI, visualisasi data, serta analisis korelasi dan tren. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa desain interior yang optimal dapat meningkatkan kecepatan pengambilan dan pengemasan barang, efisiensi ruang, serta kepuasan pekerja. Implikasi penelitian ini menegaskan pentingnya investasi dalam desain interior yang mengacu pada alokasi sumber daya (seperti waktu, uang, dan tenaga) untuk merancang, mengimplementasikan, dan mengoptimalkan tata letak dan lingkungan kerja untuk meningkatkan kinerja logistik dan kepuasan pelanggan. Direkomendasikan agar perusahaan e-commerce meningkatkan kerjasama antara tim desain dan operasional, melibatkan pekerja dalam perancangan, serta melakukan evaluasi berkala terhadap desain interior untuk memaksimalkan efisiensi operasional dan daya saing.
